If you are limited due to time we offer a way for you to learn how to design a wellness plan to be healthier.
We can still accommodate you if you  in live in another region or state throughout the U.S. and would desire to utilize our services but cannot come to our office in-person.
If you cannot find a local practitioner or are moving to another region and still want to benefit from our care we may still be able to help you. 

The Procedure:
Initial Discussion
First Telephone Consultation
Follow-up Consultations
If you are interested in receiving our services an initial complementary telephone consultation would be advised at first.  After the initial consultation we will send you an informational packet that includes new patient health assessment questionnaires to be completed and returned to our office.  Once we receive your forms, we will call you to formally schedule a telephone consultation appointment.  The purpose of this conversation is to review the information you have sent  us and to make initial recommendations regarding nutritional, laboratory testing and follow-up.  As each individual is different, tests can only be recommended once the initial consultation has been completed and the information packet reviewed. 
If laboratory testing is suggested, instructions and specialized test kits will be sent to you for collection.  When the test results are received by us a follow-up consultation time will be scheduled to provide you with detailed dietary, nutritional/herbal supplement, exercise and lifestyle modification recommendations.
If your condition requires a more intensive medical evaluation or chiropractic care you may need a find a local physician.
